CHRIS BLAKNEY is an Associate with JOHNSON GARDNER. Now in his fourth year with the firm, Mr. Blakney has completed over 50 projects ranging from market feasibility analysis to economic development, and has particular experience in resort development, statistical forecasting, and econometric modeling.
