• Industry focus groups and economic development strategies for Marysville, Washington, Newport, Oregon and Lincoln City, Oregon.
• Urban renewal district feasibility studies for the Cities of Newport, Reedsport and Warrenton, Oregon.
• An economic and tax benefit analysis of a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use redevelopment of a shopping mall devastated by Hurricane Katrina in East New Orleans, Louisiana in support of a tax increment financing application.
• An evaluation of the need for light industrial, flex/business park, and high-tech/biotech research campus-zoned land in the south Puget Sound.
• A fiscal and economic impact study of the 7,000-acre destination resort Suncadia and a 1,600-acre master-planned community in Kittitas County, Washington. Conducted 30-year projections of tax revenues, public service costs, infrastructure costs, and population growth for nearby communities and the greater county region.
• 30-Year annexation public finance models for the two primary urban expansion areas of Multnomah County, Oregon in the City of Gresham: 1,600 acres combined in Pleasant Valley and Springwater.
• A market feasibility study for the 600-acre Mill Creek Industrial Park in Salem, Oregon.
• A twenty-year residential, commercial and industrial land market and need analysis for the South Meridian planning area of Meridian, Idaho, the state’s fastest-growing jurisdiction.
• A market depth and feasibility study for industrial land at the 1,500-acre Juniper Ridge project in Bend, Oregon.
