Bill Reid, a Principal with the firm, coordinates and conducts public finance, economic, and feasibility analyses for JOHNSON GARDNER clients. During the past ten years, Mr. Reid has successfully managed over 200 projects ranging from Fiscal & Economic Impact Studies to Highest & Best Use Analyses, and has an in-depth understanding of urban and rural development concerns, land-use and policy issues, market feasibility and public finance issues.
